GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the website or retail location that you have listed. We don’t authorize any of our goods to be sold on Amazon, Facebook, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal sites or any other third party websites. ORDER REQUIREMENTS We ask that you place on each order a minimum quantity of 12 units with a minimum of 2 per design. PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer, Check or Wire Transfer, Credit Card. Orders must be pre-paid. You will be billed separately for shipping after you submit your order. Your order will not be shipped until you have paid for the shipping. SHIPPING & HANDLING The retailer incurs the shipping costs. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx based on cost affordability. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Splash Swim Goggles within three days of delivery. If you would like to use your own shipping account please email us to make arrangements. PRICING POLICY Goods can’t be advertised or sold below the MAP price of $23.00 for Swim Goggles and $28.00 for Masks. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available for retail or on your website are the sole property of Splash Place Swim Goggles. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Splash Place Swim Goggles. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Splash Place Swim Goggles. We may allow photos of our products to be used on your website. If permission is granted we will email you those images. No copying of images from any site or printed material is allowed.
